The Schools Division Office of Ilocos Norte conducted Batch 2 of the Commitment to Principalship, bringing together School Principals in reaffirming their commitment to instructional leadership and continuous school improvement.
Anchored on the belief that leadership is a continuing journey, the activity encouraged school leaders to further strengthen their practices in teacher development, learner achievement, innovation, instructional support, and the creation of positive learning environments. Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, participants reflected on their leadership roles and identified opportunities to create greater impact in their respective schools.
