As part of the Schools Division Office of Ilocos Norte’s Commitment to Principalship initiative, Schools Division Superintendent Atty. Donato D. Balderas, Jr. and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Jo Eulie Mei T. Domingo visited schools across the division to personally engage with School Heads and teachers through a series of Kamustahan sessions.
More than a school visit, the activity provided an opportunity to listen to the realities on the ground, understand the challenges faced by schools, and gather insights that will help strengthen instructional leadership and improve the delivery of quality basic education.
The conversations highlighted the importance of open communication, shared responsibility, and collaborative problem-solving as the Division continues to build a culture where school leaders lead with purpose, inspire meaningful change, and create lasting impact in their respective schools.
Through initiatives like Kamustahan, SDO Ilocos Norte reaffirms that effective leadership begins by listening—because the best solutions are built together with those who serve our learners every day.
