𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The Schools Division of Ilocos Norte extends its sincere appreciation to all teaching and non-teaching personnel for the overwhelming support given to our official candidate, Miss Audrey Diane A. Albano, in the Search for Miss Red Cross Valentine 2026 of the Philippine Red Cross – Ilocos Norte Chapter.
This annual fund drive aims to generate resources to sustain the major services and humanitarian programs of the Philippine Red Cross that continue to benefit our fellow Ilokanos. Through the collective effort of our schools division, particularly in supporting the popularity raffle draw tickets, we were able to take part in this meaningful cause.
We are proud to share that Miss Audrey Diane A. Albano was named Miss Red Cross Valentine 2026 – First Runner-up. Her recognition reflects not only her admirable representation of #SDOINgreat, but also the unity, generosity, and shared commitment of SDO Ilocos Norte to humanitarian service.
Every contribution made was more than just support for a candidate. It was a contribution to life-saving programs and community services that uplift and assist those in need.
