The Schools Division Office of Ilocos Norte also extends its sincere gratitude to the Local Government Unit of San Nicolas, under the leadership of Honorable Ed Mar Vincent L. Bonoan, for being the Divisionβs strongest ally in the successful conduct of this event. Likewise, heartfelt thanks are conveyed to San Nicolas National High School, headed by Florante R. Riego, for providing the students and coaches with safe, welcoming, and well prepared accommodation throughout the festival.
