ππ ππππππ | The Schools Division Office of Ilocos Norte (SDOIN) conducted a field validation on the operation and implementation of the Divisionβs ICT-Fortified 8 Key Initiative in Vintar I and Vintar II.
More than compliance checking, the activity served as a purposeful βground truthingβ to listen, observe, and document realities on-site so that Division support may be responsive, timely, and context-based. In reaching our last mile schools, we reaffirm a simple commitment: to understand what is working, identify what needs strengthening, and extend the kind of assistance that truly reaches the classroom.
This initiative likewise reflects SDOINβs continuing effort to strengthen collaboration and partnership with the Local Government Unit of Vintar, our stakeholders, and the community we serve, recognizing that meaningful ICT implementation is best achieved through shared responsibility and collective support.
Because in ICT, progress is not measured by devices alone, but by access, continuity of learning, and empowered teachers and learners.
