A total of 38 Alternative Learning System (ALS) Junior High School and Senior High School graduates from the Schools Division of Ilocos Norte (SDOIN) joined the DOLE Trabaho Agad Job Fair held at SM Laoag during the celebration of the 128th Independence Day.
The activity, sponsored by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), provided ALS graduates with an opportunity to explore employment options and connect with participating employers. The event was graced by 2nd District Representative Congressman Angelo Marcos Barba, whose presence highlighted continued support for employment opportunities and youth empowerment in the province.
Also present during the activity were Education Program Specialists II in ALS, Mr. Mark Conrad B. Noroรฑo and Mr. Dennis A. Pasion, who assisted and supported the participating ALS graduates from SDOIN.
The participation of the ALS graduates in the job fair reflects the commitment of SDOIN to help learners and completers transition from education to employment and become productive members of the community.
