The 1st Division Field Staff Conference 2026 gathered the leaders and key personnel of the Schools Division of Ilocos Norte at the Carasi Municipal Auditorium for a day of meaningful dialogue, strategic alignment, and renewed commitment to excellence.
With the guidance of our Schools Division Superintendent, Atty. Donato D. Balderas, Jr., and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Jo Eulie Mei T. Domingo, the conference highlighted our shared directions, strengthened collaboration across offices, and reinforced our dedication to our TourEd, INheritEd, and ICT-Fortified Key Initiatives.
